“Good teachers are the reasons why ordinary students dream to do extraordinary things”
Staenz Academy is the place where the environment is free-flowing and it is a happy place for every student. The mentor here at Staenz Academy, Sanjeev Mishra is not only the teacher but he is a friend, philosopher, and guide to every student. On the occasion of Teacher’s Day, the birth anniversary of second President of India, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the Staenz Academy staff along with all the students planned a small surprise celebration for the mentor.
The day started on a regular, not for the mentor. He started off with his digital marketing batch at 8:30 am. And as the batch got over, the past students and the students from other batches started flowing in the academy. After that, the cake cutting was done from the hands of the mentor Sanjeev Mishra and then came the surprise element.
The staff and the students had recorded a video sharing their thoughts about the mentor and how their journey has been with him. The video almost covered the messages of all the students and the staff members. It was a very overwhelming and emotional moment for everyone as all of them were deeply indulged in watching the small clip.
The evening batch of digital marketing also had a small celebration with the mentor Sanjeev Mishra. They gave a beautiful flower bouquet along with a present and some chocolates.
“This has been one of the most emotional moments for me. And I am really thankful to all of you that you are there with me through this journey. I feel that every student has some or the other skills. But it is just that they do not get a proper guidance and platform. And that is what I have been doing here, guiding all of you and giving you a platform. I am really overwhelmed right now and really touched with the way you all have gathered here. For me, every student is special and I have always done and I will keep giving my 100% to make things better for my students.” Expressed Sanjeev Mishra.
The culture that stands out
Staenz Academy is known for doing things differently. And every special day is celebrated with complete enthusiasm by the students. It is the students of the academy who take the initiative and create a culture of sharing. It was the very first time that the whole academy as one family celebrated Teacher’s Day. This was a celebration to thank the mentor Sanjeev Mishra for his deeds that he has been doing for past many months in training his students in the field of digital marketing.
