Refund Rules
Payments for all courses and events are non-refundable, except the registration amount described below.
3-Day Trial and Registration Refund
You start with a registration and can attend 3 LIVE sessions. If you feel the training is not right for you within the first 3 days of enrolment, you can ask for a refund of the registration amount. After 3 days, no refund is issued.
How to Apply for a Refund
- Email support@staenz.com within the first 3 days of enrolment asking for a refund.
- Requests made verbally or over a phone call cannot be accepted.
- Submit the refund application with the original receipt and an identity card.
- Refunds are credited to the student’s (or parent’s) bank account by NEFT or RTGS only.
Charges After Fee Deposit
- Batch change: ₹300
- Duplicate ID card: ₹100
- Duplicate attendance card: ₹100
- Duplicate batch card: ₹100
- Duplicate fee receipt: ₹100
Instalments
If a student does not pay the second instalment by the last date in the course booklet, a late fee of ₹50 per day applies for up to 30 days. After that, the admission is treated as cancelled without further notice and without a refund.
Days are counted from the class start date.
