Digital Marketing Trainer, Nashik

STAENZ is hiring a Digital Marketing Trainer for our Nashik campus. You will teach LIVE batches of students, graduates, working professionals and business owners, in the classroom and online at the same time. If you love doing digital marketing and explaining it so it clicks, this role is for you.

You will not be teaching from a script. Our master trainers built the curriculum around real campaigns, and you will help students run them: keyword research, landing pages, ad accounts, reels and reports.

What You Will Do

• Teach modules of our DMEP, PGDDB and Performance Marketing programs LIVE, in the classroom and on Zoom
• Run practical sessions on SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, analytics and AI marketing tools
• Guide students through assignments, real projects and their capstone portfolio
• Hold doubt-clearing sessions and give clear, kind feedback
• Track attendance and progress for your batches and flag students who need help
• Help run masterclasses, workshops and our free demo classes
• Keep your own skills current and suggest updates to the curriculum

What We Are Looking For

• At least 1 year of hands-on digital marketing work: agency, in-house or your own clients
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads, with real campaigns you can talk about
• Comfort with ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude for marketing work
• Clear communication in English and Hindi. Marathi is a plus
• Patience. You enjoy explaining the same thing three ways until it lands

Good to Have

• Earlier teaching, training or mentoring experience
• Google Ads or Meta certifications
• Experience with WordPress, GA4, Looker Studio or automation tools like n8n and Zapier

Where You Will Work

Nashik has two STAENZ campuses: College Road (4th Floor, Midas Tower, Canada Corner) and Ashoka Marg (D2, Siddhmuni Complex, opposite Ganesh Baba Temple). You can be based at either, and you will sometimes support the other.

Academy hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Your shift is fixed with you at the offer stage.
