Admissions Counsellor (Front Desk), Noida
Be the first person students meet at STAENZ Noida. Counsel them on the right course, run demo class bookings and look after the front desk.

STAENZ is hiring an Admissions Counsellor for the front desk at our Noida branch. You will be the first person most students and parents meet. Your job is to understand what they want, suggest the course that truly fits, and make joining STAENZ simple.
This is counselling, not hard selling. We would rather a student joins the right course than the most expensive one.
What You Will Do
- Welcome walk-in visitors and answer calls, WhatsApp messages and website enquiries
- Counsel students and parents one to one, and suggest the right course, batch and mode (classroom, LIVE online or hybrid)
- Book free demo classes and follow up with everyone who attends
- Share fee, EMI and scholarship details and complete admissions
- Keep every enquiry updated in our CRM so no lead is lost
- Coordinate with trainers on batch timings and with the placement team on student questions
- Keep the front desk and the campus welcoming and organised
What We Are Looking For
- Graduates in any field. Freshers with good communication are welcome
- Clear, friendly communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Comfort on the phone and on WhatsApp, and basic computer skills
- A genuine interest in helping people make good career decisions
- Organised, reliable and calm with a busy front desk
Good to Have
- Earlier experience in admissions, counselling, education sales or customer service
- Experience with a CRM such as Zoho or Bigin
- Interest in digital marketing or AI (you will learn a lot here)
Where You Will Work
This role is based at our Noida branch. HR will share the exact address and joining details during your interview. LIVE batches are shared with students online, so you will also work with the wider STAENZ team.
Academy hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Your shift is fixed with you at the offer stage.
