Connect STAENZ students with hiring companies in and around Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR, run placement drives, and support hiring for our own team.

STAENZ is hiring an HR and Placement Executive for our Ghaziabad branch in Indirapuram. You will help our students move from learning to earning, by building relationships with agencies, brands and startups that hire digital marketers, AI specialists and video editors. You will also support hiring for the STAENZ team itself.
What You Will Do
- Build and grow a network of hiring partners: agencies, brands, startups and corporates
- Collect job openings and match them with the right STAENZ students
- Organise placement drives, interview days and our Placement Meet
- Run resume reviews and mock interviews with the training team
- Track every student’s placement status and share regular updates
- Collect placement stories (with consent) for our website and social media
- Support STAENZ’s own hiring: post openings, screen CVs and schedule interviews
What We Are Looking For
- Graduate or MBA (HR preferred). Freshers with strong communication are welcome
- Confident on calls and in meetings with company owners and HR teams
- Organised, with good follow-up habits and basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Clear communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
Good to Have
- Experience in campus placements, recruitment or HR at an agency or institute
- A network among companies in and around Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals
Where You Will Work
You will work from our Ghaziabad branch at 71, Niti Khand 1, Indirapuram (near Kala Pathar Road, Mangal Bazaar Chowk). LIVE batches here are shared with students online, so you will also work with the wider STAENZ team.
Academy hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Your shift is fixed with you at the offer stage.
