This policy explains how STAENZ Academy LLP (“STAENZ”, “we”) collects and uses personal data on staenz.com, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What We Collect

• Details you give us in forms: name, mobile number, email, city, course interest, current status, goals and anything you write in a message.
• Booking details for free classes and events.
• Technical data: pages visited, device, browser, the website or ad that brought you here (UTM tags, click IDs) and approximate location from your IP address.

Why We Use It

• To call or WhatsApp you about your enquiry, booking or course.
• To send the brochure, fee details or class link you asked for.
• To send updates on WhatsApp or email if you agreed to receive them. You can opt out anytime.
• To improve our website and measure which ads and pages work.

Analytics, Advertising and Visitor Identification

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta tools to measure and improve our marketing. We also use a third-party visitor identification service that may attempt to recognise businesses or people visiting our site from public or partner data. You can ask us to stop processing your data at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the academy (CRM, messaging, email, hosting, analytics and payment partners), under contracts that protect it. We do not sell your data.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@staenz.com. We reply within 30 days.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 3 years, and student records as long as needed for certificates, legal and tax purposes.
