Sanjeev co-founded STAENZ with one belief: success is relative, but knowledge is measurable. He has spent his career in online business and digital marketing, and today leads STAENZ’s vision, growth and new programs like Agentic AI.

His teaching method, which students call the Mishra Method, is simple: learn by doing, with example-based classes, real dashboards and screenshots of every step. He believes trainers should do the work they teach, and that students should stay part of the STAENZ family for life through the STAENZ Nation community.

Leads academics, training quality and student experience. Tejaswini teaches Digital Marketing and AI-driven marketing and brings nearly two decades in digital technology.

Tejaswini runs STAENZ day to day and leads the academic side of the academy: curriculum, training quality, trainers and student results. With a background as a lead programmer and nearly two decades in digital technology and marketing, she makes sure every program teaches what the industry actually uses now.

She teaches Digital Marketing and AI-driven digital marketing batches herself, and is closely involved in how every student is supported, from the first counselling call to placement.

Leads creative and video at STAENZ and teaches VCM and VEEP. More than 10 years in video editing, and a teacher students credit for patience and creativity.

Tanmayee leads everything creative at STAENZ, from the academy’s own content to the video editing programs. She has more than 10 years of experience in video editing and teaches both the Video Editing Course for Marketers (VCM) and the Video Editing Expert Program (VEEP).

Her students often say the same thing: they joined with no editing experience and left creating work they didn’t think they could. Her creative approach pushes students to think beyond templates and develop their own style.
