In last few days, lot many discussion went thru on GPL licensing issue of Thesis theme. Even WordPress co-founder Matt Mullenweg discussed the issue with Thesis’s Chris Pearson. But after getting the heat from community and legal threat from WordPress as well, Chris has now agreed to make Thesis under GPL. Of course only PHP will be under GPL v2 and CSS, Images and JS will be propriety. Here is the tweet from Chris Pearson after making Thesis GPL.
